Hello! I’m Becky.
I wear many hats and do a lot of different things. After many years of project management, PR, events and charity operations in London offices, I am currently working remotely as Operations Manager for a variety of UK based organisations. This includes managing and consulting on streamlining business processes, automating workflows, improving team efficiency and productivity.
I’m also a freelance project manager where I help clients to take their big ideas projects & plans and break them down into actionable chunks, prioritise what needs to happen when (and making sure it all happens!), ensure everything delivered is in line with long-term visions and key goals.
As a flexible work advocate, I recently created Project Anywhere in 2019 to shout about remote & flexible working and choosing your own ‘career adventures’.

Bringing over 10 years experience working across various sectors in roles including business operations, project management, delivery & implementation, client relations, customer experience, team training & development, events, marketing and PR, I’ll work closely with you, get to know you and your business inside out to play the role(s) of Operations Manager, Business Manager, Project Manager, and Advisor to help you to start or scale your business.
I can also support you on day-to-day operations as you launch new services to free your headspace up, enabling you to focus on the growth of your business and bringing in many more happy clients!

Whatever you (or your team) work on everyday, I will review your existing ways of working (day to day operations) with you to work out together where we can streamline, automate or delegate. We will design a new improved way of working in all areas of your business that you wish to review, and we’ll work together to deliver improved business processes to free up your time to focus on higher-level, strategic business growth activities.
